Jaewoo Jang, who is the owner of this franchise, is now bringing you the Omakase style(high-end cuisine) for you all to truly indulge in the intimate setting with chefs that have over 30 years of experience.

Omakase translates to “I will leave it up to the chef” and is equivalent to a Chef’s Tasting Menu. It is a fine tradition that gives the chef a creative freedom and the customer a memorable dining experience. Our timed Omakase (90 minute option) is served at either a 18 seat sushi bar, 3 private booths, and features the freshest of fish, both locally sourced, as well as brought in from all over the world. Our seasoned Sushi Chefs serve you directly, guiding you through the meal, and providing a truly exclusive experience.
